Geekgasm

Okay, I've officially had my first REVENGE OF THE SITH geekgasm.

I watched GWL's interview on 60 MINUTES last night, and thus got to see my first Actual Glimpses of The Duel. And some of the new Capital Ship combat.

Oy.

Listen: I KNOW EVERYTHING THAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN IN THIS FILM, AND I CAN'T FUCKING WAIT TO SEE IT.

I mean, let's face it: even you spoiler-free bastards are kiddin' yourselves, y'know? You already know everything important that's going to happen, too. You just don't know how it's going to look.

Well, neither do I.

But I got a hint of it last night.

Oy.

Oy muckersplatter freakin' geVALT.

Just in case . . . Wouldn't, ah, *now* be a good time for more of gabe's HMTL magic and a link to Episode III under THESE ARE MY BOOKS?

Good evening, Mr. Stover - love your work. Blade of Tyshalle is sock-rockingly good, and I can't think of any Star Wars book quite as powerful as Shatterpoint. I have no doubt you also make a mean moccachino.

The point is: you're one of my favourite authors. Which is why I feel a little guilty about metaphorically cramming this shameless and 90% irrelevant plug down your throat.

Remember the rumour about John Rhys-Davies voicing General Grievous? A good amount of SW fans swore by it until the official casting announcement shot it down. Anyhoo, here's the story on how it started:

Essentially, ONE EMAIL fooled a lot of "reliable" websites, and even a few printed publications. As a cynic, you should appreciate the statement on just how unreliable the internet can be.

Hope you get a good laugh out of it.

I have read parts of the novel and they are fabulous! Can't wait to get my little hands on it!! You have captured Anakin's/Vader's tortured soul perfectly!!! Just the way I would have imagined it.

And yes, I would love to know if you are going to be touring on the West coast??

"Geekgasm" eh? LOL! Mind if I use that term too?
